Small Group Training combines the community support and accountability of group fitness classes with the individualized instruction and attention of personal training.

Introduction to Personal Wellness

Come learn the basics to your personal wellness! This class will be led by Lindsay Capps, a Personal Trainer and Physical Therapist. She will take you through strength training, cardio, while also teaching you about recovery and overall wellness.  This class is perfect for anyone starting out or starting over and will address issues like Fall Risk and Bone Density!
