Youth and Teen Strength Training
Students will gain confidence and proper strength training techniques with the guidance of a certified personal trainer. Youth and teens will learn with a variety of training exercises including, weight machines, free weights, TRX straps, resistance bands and more.
Muscle and Power
Muscle and Power is designed for teenagers aged 14-18 looking to increase their muscle strength and power to help them improve in their sport or in everyday life.
A personal trainer will guide teens through a series of workouts and exercises while correcting and demonstrating proper form and posture to create a more effective weightlifting technique.
Equipment primarily used will be free weights, bars, kettlebells, plyo boxes, ropes and more.
Space is limited.

Strength and conditioning designed for youth ages 9-13 years of age. Personal trainers will work with the youth to build confidence, develop safe strength training techniques. Sign up for 1 day a week or both days.
